This Privacy Policy explains how Tradeture ("Tradeture," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, automated trading platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your username, email address, and either a password (stored encrypted) or, if you sign up using Google, basic profile information Google provides us with your permission (name, email address, and whether Google has verified that email).

Exchange API credentials. To place trades on your behalf, you provide an API key, API secret, and (where required) a passphrase issued by your chosen exchange. These credentials are stored encrypted and are used only to communicate with your exchange account on your instructions. Whenever possible, we recommend creating exchange API keys with trading permissions only, and withdrawal permissions DISABLED, so that Tradeture can never move funds off of your exchange account.

Trading configuration and activity. This includes your risk parameters (e.g. risk per trade, stop-loss/take-profit preferences, symbol selection), trade history, journal notes you add to trades, backtest results, account balance figures reported by your exchange, and similar performance data generated as you use the Service.

Referral information. If you join via a referral link, or share your own, we store the associated referral code to track and administer the referral program.

Usage and device data. Like most web services, we automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited, generally through server logs and cookies, to keep the Service secure and functioning correctly.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to: operate and provide the Service (including executing trades according to the settings you configure); authenticate your account and keep it secure; send transactional communications such as email confirmation, password reset, and important account or service notices; administer the referral program; provide customer support; and improve, monitor, and troubleshoot the Service.

3. The "Content Trader" Feature

If you choose to use Content Trader, snapshots of your trades and PnL may be published to your social media as configured by you. This feature is optional, and trade information is only shared on your configured social media channels. You are responsible for reviewing what is shared before enabling this feature.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: with the cryptocurrency exchange(s) you connect, strictly to place and manage trades under the permissions you granted; with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers), under obligations to protect your data; when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tradeture, our users, or others.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of stored API keys and secrets and password. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, as all other apps we cannot guarantee absolute security but we offer fail safe option in those kind of situation. You should also take steps to protect your own account, such as using a strong, unique password and restricting your exchange API key permissions to only what the Service needs.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and trading data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 7.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account information directly in your account settings, or contact us using the details in Section 10 to make a request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. International Users

Tradeture is currently focused on users in Asia, with plans to expand globally over time. If you access the Service from outside the region in which our servers or service providers are located, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a different country. Where required, we will take steps intended to ensure your information continues to receive appropriate protection when transferred.
