These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tradeture (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tradeture is a cryptocurrency futures trading automation platform. It allows you to connect your own account on supported third-party exchanges via API credentials you provide, configure risk parameters and trading strategies, use automated and AI-assisted trading tools, review backtests and performance analytics, and optionally share trade activity through features such as Content Trader. The Service is a tool to help you implement your own trading decisions; it is not a broker, exchange, custodian of your funds, or financial adviser.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Service. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service, and cryptocurrency trading generally, is lawful in your country or region, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including any relating to cryptocurrency, derivatives, or leveraged trading.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any exchange API keys you provide, and for all activity that occurs under your account. We strongly recommend creating exchange API keys with trading-only permissions and withdrawal DISABLED. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. Tradeture never has custody of your funds; your assets remain with your chosen exchange at all times, subject to that exchange's own terms.
Cryptocurrency trading, and particularly leveraged futures trading, carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Prices can be extremely volatile, and you may lose some or all of the funds you trade with, including amounts exceeding your initial deposit where leverage is involved. Automated features, AI-assisted tools, backtests, and any performance figures shown in the Service are provided for informational purposes only. Past or simulated performance, including backtested results, is not a reliable indicator of future results and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and you should not treat it as such. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, the risk parameters you configure, and any resulting gains or losses.
The Service depends in part on third-party exchanges, networks, and
infrastructure outside of our control. We do not guarantee that trade
execution will be free of the Following:
- Delays due to simultaenous order execution
- Trading Pair Price Slippage due to Volatility
- Server Downtime due to unforeseen events
- Connectivity / Network Issues
- Inaccurate Lot Size Allocation due to Price Volatility, Network Delays, Minimum, maximum and tick value of your exchange
whether caused by Tradeture, an exchange, or other third parties. You
acknowledge these risks are inherent to automated trading and accept them as
part of using the Service.
Certain features may require a paid subscription, described on our pricing page. We may offer free trial periods, which are subject to change or discontinuation at any time. We may change our pricing or fee structure prospectively by posting updated terms or pricing, or by notifying you in advance where required by law. We may offer a referral program allowing you to earn rewards for referring new users, subject to any additional referral program terms we publish. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, or to withhold or reclaim rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
If you enable Content Trader or otherwise submit notes, strategies, or other content to the Service, you remain responsible for that content and represent that you have the right to share it. Content published to social media through Content Trader is shared only when you enable that feature, and you are responsible for reviewing what is included before doing so.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or fraud; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's underlying technology; circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls; create multiple accounts to abuse trial offers or the referral program; or use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it for other users.
The Service, including its software, design, trading tools, AI features (such as any signal-validation or position-monitoring assistants), strategy library, and other content we provide, is owned by Tradeture or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
Tradeture has no direct control over any cryptocurrency exchange it integrates with. Your use of any third-party exchange is governed by that exchange's own terms and privacy practices, which you should review separately. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, or policies of any third-party exchange or service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tradeture and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tradeture harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to comply with law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here, and where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
