Delete your Tradeture account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Tradeture app and website (published by T-Ture Technologies LLC), and what happens to your data when you do.

Delete it from the app

Open Tradeture, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Enter your password (not needed if you signed in with Google or Apple), type DELETE, and confirm.

Log in first, then come back to this page to delete your account.

Can't sign in?

Send a request through our contact form with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address registered on the account (or tell us the username). We will confirm the account is yours and delete it.

What is deleted

When you delete your account we permanently delete: your profile, nickname, avatar and social links; your trade history, journal, notes, chart drawings and settings; your exchange API keys and bot settings (your bot stops trading); your followers, following and reviews; push notification tokens; and all of your sub-accounts and their data. You are signed out on every device. You can sign up again later with the same email, but nothing is restored.

What is kept

We keep an empty placeholder record for the account (no name, email, keys or other personal details) so the rest of the platform keeps working. Comments or reactions you left on other users' pages may remain without your name. Routine server logs and backups are cleared on their normal rotation schedule.
